You’re probably at this page wondering why you should care about what I have to say.  My background in digital media and content delivery occasionally gives me some interesting insight.  Currently I work on an IPTV platform.  Prior to this role I was the COO at Nine Systems Corporation, a Content Delivery Network and Digital Media platform that was purchased by Akamai in December of 2006.  I was previously with ImagineRadio.com which was purchased by MTV/Viacom and VXtreme which was purchased by Microsoft in 1997.

Silly Pete facts.

Grew up in Santa Cruz, CA.

Graduated High School early, turned 18 and joined the Navy all the same week.

Spent almost six years in the Navy as an  Electronic Warfare Technician.

I have worked as; a McDonald’s cook, amusement park game operator, a tree planter, tape operator and video engineer in Post Production, a ski lift operator, handyman, co-owned a bar/nightclub, 21 dealer, flight attendant.

Ridden across the US on a motorcycle more than once.

I’ve collapsed my left lung multiple times.

Shattered both my elbows, my right forearm, cracked two ribs and bit off part of my lip.  I ended up with 3 metal plates and 24 screws holding my arms together.

I build furniture for fun.

This used to be my dog.  She came with the bar.

I can snort a dog tag chain up my nose and cough it out my mouth.
